At The Pink Shed we want to take the time to help you get to know the different styles of bikini waxing that we offer.
We understand that sometimes the terminology may be confusing so take note ladies, it’s all here!
Firstly we have the basic bikini
If it’s your first bikini wax, or you’re just looking for a clean-up, a basic bikini wax will do the trick, it involves a tidy up around the edges and is a fantastic option if you want to keep things on the natural side, but prefer a little more definition. Hair is removed from anywhere outside of a modest panty line – so around the tops of thighs and any hair above your knickers.
Next up we have the high bikini 
The high bikini wax is also ideal for a first time waxer! The difference is that any hair outside a panty line, which is cinched together at the waist, (approximately 1 inch from the original line), is removed. This bikini wax is perfect for if you’re off on holiday and wearing small bikinis.
Thirdly we have the Brazilian
During a Brazilian hair is taken from around the top, sides and behind but the middle is section is left. If you want down there to be smooth and clean of hair, without feeling too bare, a Brazilian is the way to go! The shape of the hair at the front is totally up to you, but the landing strip is a classic option.
Last and with the least hair we have the popular Hollywood
The Hollywood is designed to remove every last hair from the front and back of your bikini zone, the Hollywood wax promises a smooth and tidy finish that lasts up to a month! What wax do we use?
The wax we use for bikini waxing here is the Lycon Hot Wax. Hot wax is becoming increasingly popular as its fantastic at removing short, stubborn hairs, without causing too much pain. Our wax is amazing with sensitive skin and doesn’t leave much redness following the waxing, which proves it to be perfect for intimate waxing!
