So what is it?
LVL stands for length, volume and lift. The treatment enhances your lashes by using perm lotion to give a curl, tint to make them darker and more defined and volumising lotion to create thicker looking lashes.
The treatment is roughly an hour and lasts 6-8 weeks so is great if you are time poor and want a low maintenance look.
If you are planning a holiday where you will be spending lots of time swimming at the pool or beach, LVL gives the appearance of curled lashes with mascara so you will be looking glam without any effort and don’t have to worry about the dreaded panda eyes!
How is it done?
Step 1:
We start the treatment by sticking down your lower lashes with under eye gel pads.
Step 2:
We then place a shield on your eyelid that has been measured and cut to fit your eye perfectly.
Step 3:
We stick your eyelashes back onto the shield creating the ultimate lift and reshape your lashes.
Step 4:
We apply perm lotion to the roots of your lashes and that is left on for approx 12 mins.
Step 5:
We apply Volumising lotion to the roots of your lashes and that is left on for approx 6 mins.
Step 6:
We then apply tint to the whole lash and that is left on for approx 3-5 mins.
Step 7:
We finish the treatment by combing through a nourishing lotion to your lashes.
Step 8: Look in the mirror and see your amazing LVL lashes!
Pre/after care
Before having this treatment you must have a patch test 48 hours before just to make sure you aren’t allergic to any of the products used.
For best results please turn up to your appointment completely free of eye makeup and creams around the eye.
After the treatment, avoid getting them wet for up to 48hrs, avoid steam, heat, rubbing or applying mascara. The lashes just need a little bit of time to settle after the treatment and doing any of these things may affect how the lashes set.
The Nouveau lash conditioning serum is recommended for you to use at home if you want to continue having this treatment to help maintain beautiful healthy and hydrated lashes.
